Apache fail to start

I have been banging my head on this
Apache issue.  Was working fine, made some
changes to my network, rebooted system
and now Apache fails to load.  Tried
everything at the command line, start, stop
,reload, restart. Nothing works. Should I just
reload from the RPM?  Where would I find
an error log?
