Your system seems to be hosed somehow.  Please run the following 
commands:

rpm -V $(rpm -qa | grep ^XFree86) > XFree86-rpm-verify.log

ls -alR /usr/X11R6/lib/modules > XFree86-module-list.log

Upload the above 2 log files, as well as your X config file to a 
web or ftp server somewhere, and post the URL here and I'll have 
a look at them and try to advise.
