Just to clarify, it's not that my binary has some special patch, it
just that it does not have some of the new ddc and rs100/200 code that
rawhide and cvs have.  All I did was take the stock 4.3.0 code and
apply the cursor/head blanking bug patch from cvs.  The problem you all
seem to be having is in the later updates that are in rawhide and cvs. 
Both rawhide and cvs have the patch for the cursor/head blanking bug.
