kernel-drm is provided by the kernel package. It appears you need a more
current kernel.
$ rpm -q --whatprovides kernel-drm
kernel-2.4.18-4
kernel-2.4.18-5
$ rpm -q --provides kernel-2.4.18-5
module-info
kernel = 2.4.18
kernel-drm = 4.1.0
kernel-drm = 4.2.0
kernel = 2.4.18-5

kernel 2.4.9-34 provides only kernel-drm = 4.1.0, for example.
What kernel version do you have?
