What is the proper method for building an i686 binary kernel RPM? Each time I try to build one, using `rpmbuild -bb -target i686-redhat-linux kernel-2.4.spec` I get compile errors (different errors depending on whether I have the vserver patches applied or not). I have been able to successfully build athlon and i386 binary RPM's; why the problem with the i686 target? If my syntax is correct, I will send the specific errors I am getting to the list; if not, could someone please post the proper syntax to build an i686 kernel RPM?
