Seriously, I kind of like SuSE's 'upgrade' box set.
Only an upgrade manual (no installation manual or
technical reference) but with a full set of CDs (and 1
DVD!). Just that their YaST2 is agonisingly slow, not
totally open (you can make copies of it AFAIK but
cannot sell them) and their GNOME and menuing system
is just plain broken...
