Hi Adam,
Actually, I have bought subscription for RHEL 5, and in implementation my boss ask me to use RHEL 4 ES for OS.
Is there problem when I use subscription number of RHEL 5 on rhn_register in RHEL 4 ES?

I don't know about subscription numbers but I imagine you would be
able to log into RHN and unsubscribe the RHEL 5.4 machine and then
just run rhn_register on the RHEL4 ES machine.
