Thank you for your suggestions. The problem I am having is that I
would like to set the priority for the RHN repositories which do not
have a corresponding .repo file. Where would I put the priority in
this case?

For the moment I have renamed our internal repository to zzzfis and
that has seemed to work although I have not tried this with any RPM
files that will conflict.
