I need your suggestion. I have 2 quad core processors (8 CPU) on my server and have installed kernel 2.6.18-92.1.18.el5PAE on it.
But, I have problem while running lotus domino service. The CPUs couldn't want to transfer jobs to another processors that idle.
Could you give me some advice to solve this problem?
And, how to create grouping CPU on RHEL 5, to make balancing processes?

I don't have any significant Domino experience, but generally speaking your application needs to be written to make use of multiple processors/cores. As for manual assignment, I believe taskset will be able to help you with this.
