I guess that if you change the boot disk to the second disk (Red Hat
Linux) and put the following grub boot entry (on /boot/grub/menu.lst)
should fix the problem:

---- CUT HERE ----

title       Windows
root        (hd0,0)
savedefault
makeactive
chainloader +1
