My main concern is, evidently, that my domain is blacklisted as a result of all of the unsolicited crap sent on my name. And yes Mark, your recommendation of complaining to the abuse contact point address is appreciated but I am also concerned, as in past sporadic occasions that I did complain, that there is a certain complicity in some (or many) ISPs since they allow the indiscriminate sending of mail. One thing that I noted in some batch of 63 returned is that 51 of those have: X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.3138 ------------------------------------------------------------------ From: "viagar cialsi " <MyEmailAddress> To: <hti@xxxxxx> Subject: 85% off for hti Date: Tue, 15 Apr 2008 19:39:11 +0000 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" X-Priority: 3 X-MSMail-Priority: Normal X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.3138 X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.3198 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit [...] -------------------------------------------------------------------- In other words, the increase of MS pseudo technology is proportional to the amount of spam out there.
