Linux filesystem error

hi,redhat-list!

When i login in a linux server by ssh and it prompt:
-bash: /etc/profile: Input/output error
-bash: /root/.bash_profile: Input/output error
-bash-3.00# 
and almost all command can not use:
-bash-3.00# ls -al 
Bus error
-bash-3.00# dmesg
-bash: /bin/dmesg: Input/output error
-bash-3.00# mount
-bash: /bin/mount: Input/output error

And i check /proc/mounts shows:
-bash-3.00# cat /proc/mounts

the service is running well so i don't reboot it!(i am afraid after reboot the system can't startup)
