Hi Mark,
No worries, I'm using 4, and 5 and Fedora 7 with cobbler it all works well.
Some things don't work with 4 but that's b/c the kickstart options only
work with 5 and above (i.e. the repo commands).
Anyway, check out:
https://hosted.fedoraproject.org/projects/cobbler/wiki/UserDocs
b/c once you start with kickstart you're gonna want to template stuff
and there's alot already answered at the above link.
Trust me... I feel your pain. From SunOS 2.4 -> Solaris9 and hoping to
never go back (though all of my "hip" friends tell me solaris 10 finally
got it right)
Good luck.
Cheers,
Harry

Hi Mark,
Cobbler configures, the PXE server and the configs, optionally a DHCP

Ok. I just wish that wasn't buried in the !Wonders of Cobbler! <g> I
will say that I *know* it won't be RHEL 5. 4, one hopes.... (Please, I
just spent months, literally, fighting Solaris *8* - production hates
current....)
In the latest version (0.6.2) it has a web gui...
I use it all of the time, feel free to ask any questions.
I may take you up on that.

I've been doing the PXE/DHCP kickstart install thing for some time now
and cobbler took my 1+hr setup and made it into a 10min deal.
It's great! (and it's by the guys at redhat)
Cheers,
Harry
