I tried to load RHEL 4.4 on a Dell Optiplex 745 and, for some reason, it
cannot recognize the SATA drives. Fedora Core 6 installs fine and tells
me the drives are using the ata_piix module just like a half dozen other
machines with SATA or SAS drives that are running RHEL 3 or 4.
I know that the above is not much to go on but it really has me stumped.
I cannot figure why this machine should be an exception.
