Your best bet is to simply convert the box to use UTC instead of the local timezone. RedHat 8 isn't supported by anyone anymore. Unless there is a VERY compelling reason to stick with RH8 you'll be much better off to make plans to upgrade to an OS that is activly recieving updates. That's a nice little security problem you've got there.
