Besides you'll have to jump through these hoops if you want the flash plugin as well. Adobe seems to think there isn't any demand for a 64bit Linux plugin. Strange considering pretty much every computer you can get your hands on these days will do 64bit. Make sure to file a bug or send an email asking for the 64bit version of their plugins so they know the demand is there. On 7/3/06, Nigel Wade <nmw@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:

Sun don't recognize that the world is moving to 64bit computing, at least not on Linux. You will need to install a 32bit version of the browser, and the 32bit JVM+plugin. This means that you also have to have the 32bit runtime support libraries installed. -- Nigel Wade, System Administrator, Space Plasma Physics Group, University of Leicester, Leicester, LE1 7RH, UK E-mail : nmw@xxxxxxxxxxxx Phone : +44 (0)116 2523548, Fax : +44 (0)116 2523555 -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
