How did you determine that you needed xfs?  ext3 on RHEL4 is better than
ext3 on earlier releases and it will most likely meet your purposes.

Also realize that if you do end up going the xfs route, you'll have an
unsupported kernel module and an unsupported file system.  You might
have difficulties getting Red Hat support (depending on what kinds of
issues you run into).
