Um, not not nitpick your nit, but don't you mean 

DayLIGHT saving time ?

Though I think "Daylight Savings Time" rolls off the toungue better...

Minor technical nit, it is:

	Daying SAVING time

Notice that it is singular, not plural.  It is a very common error.
