Ah!  Yes.  And, in fact, setting it to "Permissive" allows the restricted
functions.  (See what happens when you don't work with RH for a couple
of releases?)

Now to look up how to correct the policy.  Hmm...ok, a bit spartan in the
distro...guess I need to wanter over to www.nsa.gov/selinux for a bit.
