If you _really_ need to use wu-ftpd, you can get source and binary
tarballs from wu-ftpd site:

ftp://ftp.wu-ftpd.org/pub/wu-ftpd/wu-ftpd-current.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.wu-ftpd.org/pub/wu-ftpd/binaries/intel/linux/

However, it will be much better if you will using some other FTP server,
instead of wu-ftpd because of many security problems with wu-ftpd.
Wu-ftpd server was removed from Fedora distributions (as well from some
other Linux/Unix distributions) due to its security flaws.
