openssh

Hello Everyone. I am having an issue with openssh that has been patched to
support chroot. Everything works fine except that accounts are not being
locked after X number of failed login attempts. The /etc/pam.d/system-auth
is setup correctly since failed logins are counted on things such as ftp and
telnet. The sshd daemon is setup to use pam as well. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
