Answers to questions from this list is definitely faster than Red Hat
Support. Due to growth, their support response times and quality has
definitely declined in the past year..

I don't remember getting a phone number with the RHEL purchases we've 
made.  Then, of course, I didn't look very hard. I prefer support from 
this list. :)
