2 Nics, one server

Hi list,
I have a server with 2 nics and I'd like to use the second one (eth1) to
respond packets or querys from another network, I mean, configure the eth1
to listen and respond requets from and to other IP than is configured on
eth0. My lab task is based on a DNS server (I repeat, lab tasks to put it on
production when it be working properly) that has 2 nics I mentioned, eth0 is
serving DNS requests properly, and I'd like eth1 to do the same on the same
server but under another IP configuration (IP, Netmask, etc). Is it
possible?

I hope you can help me, I'd appreciatte a lot!!

Best regards,
Yezid M. J.
