Red Hat ES performance Tuning help.

We just starting using the Bynari product and I would like to performance
tune our new Dell server
so that it is optimized the best.  Can someone please help me?  Here is our
current chkconfig:
I would like to know what can be turned off and also what else I would need
to do to make this
new dual cpu server happy and runny at its best. Thanks!
