Is there any tools or utility awailable for online monitoring the sendmail ?

Give us the detail of current status of users, no of online users etc.

sendmail has no concept of a user status - sendmail is simply a mail transfer agent that accepts an smtp mail message and delivers it to a mailbox. sendmail does not interact with any user directly so it has no way of knowing if a user is online or not or even if the user has never read his email.

OR any report tools which can give the details of userwise incoming , outgoing and local mail, no of mails per users, total trafic of the users etc.

There are tools like awstats that will report on mail traffic. It might do what you're looking for. Try a google search for something like "maillog log analysis" and see what pops up.
