RHE3ES ACPI power off HP proliant ml350G4

Hello!

Do anybody knows when RHEL 3 ES for x86 will support
ACPI power management?
It is very inconvenient to power down server by hand (pressing power
button).
My customer is using a ML350G4.
I have successfully tested shutdown command on w2k and FedoraCore2 !!

Is there a special kernel parameter?
Or is it possible include boot time options for kernel to enable power
off by 'shutdown ' command ?

Best regards,
Aldo, Gwerder
