Sendmail/RHEL vacation question

A quick one. I've googled for this but just wanted to check. I've noticed that my RHEL3 box does not have the Sendmail Vacation program installed by default, I've done a 'which vacation', and a 'locate vacation' but nothing has come up. Is it really not part of the standard RHEL3 distribution? And if not, is the best place to get it:
