Hi Steve You've got me, I'm afraid. The developers of the Hivemail package have the most incredibly poor support service I've ever come across, so much so I'm sorry I bought the package. Certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else at this point!! Problem is I've paid for the package and it's (I think) the only one available which will interface with Invision Power Board - the board I'm using for my forums. So.... looks as though I'm a little screwed at the moment.... :( Asking the lads at Hivemail doesn't even get a response, so asking them about the script is pointless. I haven't the understanding of Linux, Postfix OR PHP to work it out for m'self, so I guess I'm at a dead end unless someone can help debug the process. Basically the way it appears to work is as follows: Mail comes in to server Postfix, somehow, (through the "luser" command?) knows that it should submit the message to the "catch-all" on the server, an executable file called hivemail_process.php That script then checks with the MySQL database whether the user is valid and either writes the message to the dbase or rejects the message. More I can't tell you all. That's about as much as I know.
