for that you need the pscp.exe module.

It works only in a dos window (or last time I used it(about a yr ago)
it did.

So navigate to the directory containing pscp.exe... And move the file
to be transferred there too for convenience in the command line.

Open a dos window and navigate to that directory, then run

 `pscp.exe myfile user@remote_host:/path'  

And follow the prompts.
