Hi, Guys - I have a year-old Dell PowerEdge 2650 with PERC-3Di hardware RAID and four SCSI drives. It ran fine for almost a year, then a month after reformatting the logical drive and installing RHEL-AS3, it gave a file system error and locked up. Had to manually reboot, then two weeks later the same thing happened. I'm including the console display below. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks. -Glenn.
