Just edit the cupsd.conf to allow it over the network. All the docs are in
the file.

Hmm... ever since the move to CUPS, I just use the web browser interface at:

http://localhost:631

Not available over the network... in fact I've yet to figure out *how* to 
make it available over the network... but works like a charm.
