Many moons ago when I installed these I noted a couple of issues 
having to do with the location held in the initialization script's 
M_SOCKET variable is correct, insuring the paths to the executables 
in the initialization script were consistant with their real 
locations ("which spamass-milter"), and lastly, making sure that 
sendmail was started AFTER the spamass-milter utility.
