Hi,

I am using RHEL AS 3 on several servers.
All of them are connected to a foundry switch.
All of them are IBM x335 servers.
Just noticed that on two of them, the NIC is working as Half Duplex.
Also, from time to time I see this message in the /var/log/messages

kernel: NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out

After that, the network stops working, and I have to restart the service
manually.

Any clue ???

ps, the servers are fully updated.

Regards
Mohamed Eldesoky
