The SRPMS for updates should be here:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/enterprise/

note: I didn't check it myself, as I have subscribtion and I use up2date.

It's all in the website. Basically all you have to do is register your copy, 
and use up2date to updates
