Hi all, Has anyone else had disappointing support from redhat lately. We have premium support And the last time I called I had to call back 4 times to get the answer. I tried using The web request to bump up the problem but it was ignored. This time I called and got a completely wrong answer. When I was using support last year I got EXCELLENT support and always got to an engineer Who was completely knowledgable. It was great. Now it sucks.
