Hi Steve, # updatedb # find / -name mysql Did the update, then the find command gave me this: /etc/webmin/mysql /usr/share/mysql /usr/bin/mysql /usr/include/mysql /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/DBD/mysql /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/DBD/mysql /usr/lib/mysql /usr/libexec/webmin/caldera/mysql /usr/libexec/webmin/mscstyle3/mysql /usr/libexec/webmin/mysql > You could also look for the mysql rpm as well -> # rpm qa | grep mysql That just returned to the command prompt. Does that mean it's not installed? If so, why would the package manager say it was? And one more, what's the best way to get it installed? Thank you for your time with this. - Jody -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
