I should have included this in my previous post. Sorry I didn't. Here's
the relevant line from my /etc/aliases:
test2: "|/etc/webmin/postfix/autoreply.pl /test.txt test2"
Now, sending an email to test2@xxxxxxxx gets an autoreply.
