Hi,
A dual boot server , hmm.
It sounds like grub is on the mbr but cannot access the 2nd stage loader at 
/boot/grub/. Is /boot in the first 1024 sectors, usually it should be the 
first partion on the first disk, but IIRC, that is no longer a requirement.

You could boot with the install cd and enter "Linux rescue". Follow the 
prompts, your RH install will be in /mnt/sysimage (?) where you can have a 
look around or chroot it or point grub at it.
