redhat, php and iPlanet

I know that there have been some issues in the past with php and iPlanet 
running together on a RH server.  Our current setup is iPlanet 6.0 with 
RH 8.0.  Does anyone have experience running php in that environment?  I 
tried it a while back when we were still on RH 7.3 and had problems.  I 
don't want to introduce those same problems again.
