Umm, no, they are indeed class A, i.e., 200.*.*.*.  If a class C needed to
be blocked, it would be something like 192.168.0.* or 192.168.100.*.

So, class A = 192.***.***.***  16,581,375 addresses
    class B = 192.168.***.***      65,025 addresses
    class C = 192.168.100.***         255 addresses
