200.*, 210.*, and 211.* are class C networks but...

the format is 

200	REJECT
...
...

com.ar	REJECT

I wanted to block out three class A networks, say, 200.*, 210.*, and
211.*,
is the correct syntax this:

200.    REJECT
210.    REJECT
211.    REJECT

Or is it this?

200     REJECT
210     REJECT
211     REJECT

And for hostnames/servers, would it be

.com.ar REJECT
or...
com.ar REJECT
