Mail/sendmail/mailscanner question

Hello,

I was wondering if I can use sendmail to pick up my mail from my ISP
mail account so that I can use mailscanner/f-prot. Currently, I use
Outlook to get it as a pop connection but it doesn't have the spam
filters as my RH 9.0 system. My mail for my domain comes directly
through mailscanner/sendmail and f-prot. Just wondering if this can be
done.

I know I can use fetchmail but I want it scanned before it hits Outlook.

TIA
