There are two utils you can try, these are on8 as I don't have a 9 with X on 
it, but should be the same.

redhat-config-xfree86  
redhat-config-xfree86 --nogui
xf86config

oh, and yes Stephen is right, 'man vi'. If you don't know vi already, you 
should learn it. vi is your friend, anywhere you go in the Linux/UNIX world 
it will always be there for you:-)
