SCO FOXBASE on the redhat 9?

Have any one  finished this?

 

I copy all files in the  SCO unix, and untar it in the red hat 9,

 

when I  run the command  FOXBASE,  it appear error,

 

something like TZ?

 

Can anyone tell me what is TZ?
