Okay, I'm back with another question. If I set this up in the main XF86Config, won't it try to apply it to all users? I have multiple users logging in remotely, and only 1 of them is currently trying to use dual monitors. He "accidently" set this before by playing with the export DISPLAY command and changing the the :0.0 flags around. However, he can't remember how he did it. Thanks again. Thanks. >>> robert.dege@xxxxxxx 12/17/2003 11:36:59 AM >>> Spanning over dual monitors sounds more like an Xserver configuration, which means you should be hacking with the XF86Config file. The DISPLAY variable just tells your shell what Xserver display to sends X apps to. -Rob > -----Original Message----- > From: redhat-list-admin@xxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:redhat-list-admin@xxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Haley Crowe > Sent: Wednesday, December 17, 2003 11:37 AM > To: redhat-list@xxxxxxxxxx > Subject: DISPLAY variable > > > Hello.
