Everything related to website in question (VirtualHosts, AuthInfo, AddType,
Alias, anything else), basically.

Nope, that's the beauty of it.
The default apache configuration in Red Hat/Fedora will process any
configuration in /etc/httpd/conf.d/ ending with .conf .
