This is very true, but as long as the employee has access to Google, it is amazing what information can be found on the internet for setting up Linux computers for dial-up! ;)

I use to work for a local ISP -- until the forced me to resign! X( -- and if I did not know the answer and I knew I could look it up using Google, I would. However, my co-workers were lazy! They would not unless that was their only option (usually was) and only when they actually felt like "going the extra mile". Sad really, but oh well it was not my responsibility to empower them and management never did either.
