Problems connecting to the internet

Hi All,
I've a problem connecting to the internet.
My configuration: RH 7.1, DialCom ADLS modem connected directly to the HUB,
rp-pppoe 3.5.

I've run adsl-setup script to configure pppoe.
Adsl-start says, "connected", but trying to browse or ping anything outthere
it results just nothing.
ifconfig's output:
ppp0 Link encap:Point-to-Point Protocol
          inet addr:213.163.52.100 P-t-P:213.163.27.13
Mask:255.255.255.255
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST MTU:1492 Metric:1
          RX packets:4 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:3 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:3

Seeing on my WinXP machine it is very different from that
PPP adapter vnet:

        Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
        IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 62.77.243.99
        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.255
        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 62.77.243.99

The ISP's DNS IP address is set, and the username and password is also
correct in both secret files.
resolv.conf:
nameserver 213.163.59.10
nameserver 213.163.59.10

Could anybody suggest me something in connection with this issue?
