I recently started looking for a softwae-only voice over IP solution. It seems the Linphone and tkcPhone are software only, and iconnecthere.com provides compatible service, but I can't make it work. I can get messages out the Linphone stdout and Ethereal suggesting that the authorization works, but attempts by to connect to deltathree.com (otherwise known as iconnecthere) aren't answered.
