That's asking alot. You need to go over your smb.conf file. It's pretty self- explanatory. In short you will need to pay attention to: Workgroup: Give Samba a shared workgroup name with 2K Encryption: Set this to yes! 2K sends logins encrypted first. Yes, you could hack the registry to tell it not to, or you could just set Samba to accept them. I highly recomment using Webmin, BTW, to set up Samba. Stay away from SWAT.
